Refund policy

Digital product refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your digital download link by emailing shopvelorasupport@gmail.com. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Because these are digital files, there is no physical product to mail back. If a file is missing, damaged, or does not match its description, contact us so we can help with a working file or a refund. Please also contact us about duplicate purchases.

Refund processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. We aim to respond to requests within 1–2 business days.

After receiving a refund, please stop using the files and delete your copies. Files may not be shared or resold.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
